Adept Pacesetters Ltd is committed to providing safe working conditions for employees and subcontractors.
We comply with local safety legislation and in addition we have internal standards in safety, health and the environment (SHE).
We believe that every accident, and therefore every injury, is preventable. Our strong commitment to safety extends from the boardroom to the field crew. Every employee has stop-work authority: if it’s not safe, don’t do it.
All staff are given safety training and we have active safety committees. Safety is integrated into every project through a combination of technical field procedures and ongoing training programs.
The concept of safety is embedded into the values and practices of everyone, everywhere. We make every member of our team aware that creating a safe workplace requires dual responsibility — of both the employer and the employee.
We analyze the risks inherent in the manufacturing site and project sites and then apply the appropriate level of SHE intervention to mitigate the risk, either by physical changes or changes in people's behavior.
